Includes: 1 - 1 Ton Prime Ductless Heat Pump Mini Split & Installation
System will be installed by TX Mini Splits and tested per manufacture specifications. Unit will be warrantied 5 years all parts and labor. In the event of system failure, a new unit will be installed. Theft is not covered under warranty.
For above price to be valid, the inside air handler must be mounted on the outer wall of the home in line with outside condenser. The line set distance between the air handler and condenser must be less than 15 ft. If additional line set is needed, customer will be charged an additional $250 per 15 ft section.
